L'Aparté unveils its new world

Holding a Michelin star since 2020 and awarded a 17/20 in the 2025 edition of the Swiss Gault-Millau guide for the seventh consecutive year, L'Aparté stands as a benchmark of gastronomic excellence in Geneva.

At the helm since 2016, Chef Armel Bedouet and his team offer a subtle and refined cuisine in an intimate setting conducive to interaction. A culinary conversation unfolds between the chef and his guests to present each of his creations, crafted with fresh seasonal ingredients.

Combining noble materials and contemporary design, the new setting preserves the warm, friendly atmosphere that is its signature. New materials in the form of synthetic glass panels with flower inclusions, wood, suede and dekton adorn the new décor. Other new features include a water fireplace, a majestic oak communal table and a specially designed chandelier.

The restaurant now seats 30, and menus are available in three, six, seven or eight acts, where land and sea meet to create unforgettable moments.

This rebirth of “L'Aparté” is a celebration of the art of gastronomy, sublimated by perfect food and wine pairings.

Chef Armel Bedouet left his native Brittany animated by a passion for authentic cuisine. After developing his talent in several prestigious establishments in France, including Lameloise, rated 18/20 by the Gault&Millau guide and three-star Michelin, he then moved to Geneva and joined the brigade of Dominique Gauthier at Le Chat Botté in 2001. Restaurant which has a rating of 18/20 at the G&M and one-star Michelin. Since 2008, he has been in charge of the kitchens of the Royal Hotel restaurants, part of the Manotel Group, including L’Aparté, which has a rating of 17/20 at the G&M since 2019 till 2025. Note that for the 2019 G&M, Armel Bedouet received the “Promu de l’année” distinction. In 2020, L'Aparté confirms its reputation as a gourmet restaurant by entering the Michelin Guide Switzerland with one star from 2020 till 2024.
